Did you know that smaller plastics like the caps of your eye drop bottles, contact lens cases and contact lens solution bottle caps are often not recyclable?
We set out to help with that.

This is too small to be recycled (and can even cause problems for other items) so, TerraCycle accepts them!
TerraCycleEYE DROP SINGLE DOSE VIALS (ANY BRAND)
These plastic vials and their caps are far too small to be sorted by automated recycling facilities. So they usually end up in landfills even if you try to recycle them. But with TerraCycle, we make sure that doesn’t happen!
RecycleThis bottle and the Biotrue boxis big enough for standard recycling facilities to sort. So go ahead and throw it into your recycling at home!

Step 1:
Create a TerraCycle account & sign up for the program.
Step 2:
Start collecting your eligible contact care and eye care plastic packaging items.
Step 3:
Print a shipping label when you’re ready to send. Just head to your TerraCycle account.
Step 4:
Pack it up in a cardboard box (preferably a reused one because, the environment!) and send it TerraCycle’s way!
Find a place to stash these TerraCycle items. Then, when you fill that container or space, pack the items up and ship ‘em to us. That way, you make fewer trips to the post office and make the most out of the shipping process.

Again, make your TerraCycle shipment really count! Don’t just round up all of the used contact cases and solution/drop caps in your house. Ask your neighbors, family, friends to give you theirs too. Make it a routine!
